Great files cut out perfect on a water jet one issue i had was the bolt holes don’t line up not even close not sure if its different on years but my 96 i had to alter another issue is if u have the factory tow hitch it will not bolt back on without modification but if you have the fab skills to use this product that shouldn’t be an issue for you would recommend this product 100 percent my next project is the rear bumper with tire carrier from here

I’ve had mine on for several years now (’96 V-8 ZJ). If you’re concerned about fitment issues, make sure you bolt it up tacked together before you finish the welds, and check for warping as you build the welds out (that goes for any long weld you ever through on anything). I have Flatlands’ skid, rear bumper, and a stock trailer hitch all bolted together, and while it’s a bit of an adventure (thankfully I have the help of a transmission jack), it fits. As with everything auto (and especially Jeep!): the correct foul-mouthed incantations will get you through anything. Thanks Flatland4x4; your designs made the definitive difference in my ZJ build!
